Job Description

Basic Salary: £17,000 – £25,000 subject to experience

OTE: £30,000 to £39,000

Location: Colchester, Essex

Hours: 9.00 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Thursday, Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm
For the right person flexible working/part-time would be available.

Role:
As a Telemarketing Executive, you will book appointments for our field sales team by making outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing Loop Voice and Data and our services to B2B.
There are important changes going on within the telecoms sector which directly affect many companies, your drive and determination to get this message across will see you succeed and flourish in this role.

Requirements:
If you have a background in Business to Business Sales along with a good understanding of technology, telecommunications, IT this opportunity will give you the opportunity to take your skillset further, with a forward-thinking communication company based in Colchester.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Make outgoing calls with the objective to make appointments for Account Managers
  • Manage Sales Team Diary
  • Introduce products and services
  • Accurately enter customer information into CRM
  • Maintain working knowledge of products and services within the Telecommunications sector
  • Maintain a list of prospects with callback dates
  • Follow up calls on mailers
