We are proud to announce that we have been listed as finalists for two Comms National Awards 2021. The two categories that we have been shortlisted for are Best SME UC Customer Solution and Best SME Managed Service Customer Solution. We are finalists alongside some very strong contenders, which makes this an even greater achievement.

Now in its 20th year, the Comms National Awards is the most prestigious awards in the telecoms industry. The event features a panel of industry experts with experience in recognising quality and excellence across a variety of fields.

Best SME UC Customer Solution

This award recognises reseller unified solutions that have increased customer productivity, improved efficiencies and reduced costs in small to medium-sized private or public-sector organisations.

For this award entry, we referenced the importance of truly understanding an organisation’s values, processes, challenges and fears about change. By acknowledging this, we have enabled a very traditional company to make the move to Unified Communications. The new UC solution and new ways of working have them operating from anywhere, with staff using their own mobile devices, saving £xx,xxx per year for voice services and £xxk per annum from increased efficiencies.

Best SME Managed Service Solution

The award recognises complete end-to-end solutions provided under a subscription model that has increased customer productivity, improved efficiencies and reduced costs in SME organisations. 

For this award entry, we referenced a client that faced a big problem during the pandemic. We were able to solve the problem for them with a Managed Service Solution.  With 10 offices across a geographical spread, complicated infrastructure, a traditional phone system and everyone in lockdown, the company had a big problem. A move to 8×8 with managed services has saved over £xx,xxx annually and opened them up to new growth with hybrid working, hubs, intelligence, improved recruitment and retention. Customer experience, engagement and company culture is at an all-time high.
