As the industry’s most prestigious event, this recognition is a huge achievement for the entire Loop Voice & Data business telecommunications team, based in Colchester, Essex.

Despite what the organisers call a ‘standard of entries that gets higher every year’, we have been shortlisted for all of the categories we entered – the Nine Customer Service Award, Best SME Cloud Solution, and Best SME Vertical Market Solution.
In fact, this is the second consecutive year we have been finalists in the Best SME Cloud Solution category – testament to our innovative use of cloud technology for business telephony services for our customers. For us, this recognition doesn’t just reflect our customer-focused work in one area. The breadth of our entries shows that we support our customers in every way we can, from the quality of our customer service to our adoption of the latest business telephone technologies.
Driving customer success in every possible way
In many ways, the categories in which we are finalists match the way we do business and the areas we prioritise. As you would expect, we work at the forefront of telecoms and embrace what new technologies have to offer. In the Best SME Cloud Solution category, Comms National Awards judges recognised our use of cloud telephony to save one customer around £98,000 per annum while unlocking new flexibility and time-saving advanced call features.
We also take the time to understand customer needs in-depth and ensure that any technology is relevant and highly tailored to those requirements. In the Best SME Vertical Solution category, we helped a taxi firm dramatically accelerate their dispatch process and reduce costs. This was achieved by integrating our telephony with a vertical-specific system, unlocking its true potential.
Everything we do is affected by our relentless commitment to customer service and simplifying communications. The Nine Customer Service Award highlights the attentive, personal level of service that our customers receive, from robust Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to out-of-hours technical support.
Celebrating our achievement at the CNA Awards event
We are delighted to have been shortlisted in these three categories and the entire team has played a key role in making this ambition a reality. In October 2017, we’ll be attending the awards event in London to celebrate our success together and await the final results. Whatever the outcome, though, we are proud that our position as finalists recognises our ability to deliver the right technology, tailored to our customers, in the easiest and most flexible way.
